Fear, why do we allow it to control our lives?

The definition of fear is: a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid. You can use fear as a tool to avoid experiencing anything uncomfortable. Fear also has a way of keeping you from flourishing and being the best you can be. For example, if you are working at a job and after 2 years or more you realize this job is not something you see yourself doing for the next 30 years. So you being to research about a particular field of study you would be interested in. You sit and think about how you can make going to school work for you. Then you say to yourself, “ I can not go to school full-time and work, so you tell yourself you can not go back to school.” As a result, you continue working the same or different jobs for the next 20 years and complain. This example is a FEAR of moving out of your comfort zone to grow and achieve a more sustainable career.
Letting go of your fear will open up a life full of joy. There are endless possibilities to explore when you replace fear with faith. You can truly find yourself, by addressing your fear instead of hiding from it. LET GO OF YOUR FEAR AND GREAT THINGS WILL HAPPEN.

Thought of the day:
